BOOKING TERM & CONDITIONS

 

RESERVATIONS

  • The business partner or customers shall direct all reservations, amendments, and cancellations in writing by company formatted email to the Reservations Department. Floresrunaway Contacts: E-mail: info@floresrunaway.com

BILLING PROCEDURE

Prepayment is required for all bookings per the following schedule:

  • A 30 % deposit must be settled in 7 days
  • If the deposit is not received by us in full by the applicable due date, we reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled. The party can rebook the date if slot still available
  • Full payment if booking within 1 week of departure
  • The balance of 70% should be settled as follows:

 During high season 14 days prior Guests arrival /  During low season 7 days prior Guests arrival

 

GUEST PROFILE FORMS

  • All operators will be issued with a guest profile form to complete. It is mandatory for these to be submitted to the harbour prior to the guest’s arrival clearance.

 

BILLING ARRANGEMENT AND PAYMENT POLICY

  • Payment will be charged to the customers in the full amount of total cost reserved and must be settled in 7 days prior to arrival for low season, 14 days prior to arrival for peak season.
  • Payments will only be accepted in cash (IDR Rupiah), bank transfers, PayPal or Credit Card.

    Bank Fee – For every Cheque, Bank Draft or Wire transfer remitted to Floresrunaway in Rupiah or US dollars should be charged to the agents/guests.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

The operator agrees to notify us by email or return notice of any cancellation(s).
For any cancellation notice received less than 14 days during the regular season, 21 days prior to arrival in peak season our Late Cancellation Policies applies.

 

LATE CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of late cancellation (less than 14 days during the regular season, 21 days prior to arrival in peak season) the down payment (30%) will not be returned.
In case of a last minute cancellation (less than 7 days before planned arrival), the full Payment (100%) will not be returned.
